DMCA Statement

Aethel Cloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Aethel Cloud will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Aethel Cloud platform and services (the “Services”) that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material residing on or accessible through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including the URL or other specific location.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Aethel Cloud has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
